Why should I take maternity photos?
Who is invited to be a part of my maternity session?
Of course you are since you're carrying the goods, but we also love it if you have your partner there as well. If you have other kids (furry ones count too!) feel free to add them for no additional fee. We have some special shots we do with them as part of this experience.
What do you get when booking with us?
Besides Lucie's infectious happiness and energy, you'll also have your choice of MANY great products to choose from.

You will get the digital images too, but we don't want you to be one of those that just gets digitals and tucks them away on a computer hard drive that nobody sees. Be proud and have your memories printed. Save the digitals for backing up, social media and future projects.
What amount of time is needed for a maternity session?
We typically need about one hour of your time for a maternity photography session.
What do we wear to the photo shoot?
For mom, it's nice to have a simple flowing dress that forms to the bump well. We also have a selection of dresses available too. For the rest of the family, we recommend light colors as well.
When should I book our session?
You can book at any time, but due to demand, we do suggest not procrastinating so that we can have fun planning out the shoot with you and being able to pick the best day.
When during my pregnancy should we do the session?
We typically suggest around 33 weeks, but it all depends on you and how you look and feel. As long as you have a nice bump we are ready for you. You probably don't want to be too close to your due date just because you may feel less comfortable and lets be honest, these little kids don't listen to what they are told and come when they feel like it. You don't want to give birth before we can capture the photos.
Where should we do the maternity photography session?
Hawaii has so many amazing outdoor locations! We can come to your favorite spot or we can recommend a beach or another photogenic spot. Feel free to check out our Instagram for more ideas. However, we do have a studio too where we can make it more comfortable for you.
Do you charge extra for travel?
No & Yes. There are no travel fees on Oahu, but there are minimal travel fees to the other islands or around the world. Please let us know where you're going and we can help figure out travel costs.
